Catwalk queen Naomi Campbell is apparently head over heels in love with Brazilian businessman Marcus Elias.

She has been flashing a diamond ring on her finger, sparking rumours that she has secretly got engaged to him. Naomi met the wealthy Marcus Elias two weeks ago at a party for a fashion magazine in Sao Paulo and they’re already nuts about each other. "They were all over each other and looked perfectly suited. Now, Naomi’s wearing a sparkling diamond ring and everyone is wondering if they’ve had a whirlwind engagement," said one source.

Marcus arrived at the party with another woman, but soon switched his attention to Naomi. The pair ended the evening cuddling up together. Marcus, 49, then whisked Naomi by private jet to the coastal resort of Trancoso.
Naomi was later overheard declaring her love for Marcus at an A-list party hosted by Brazilian minister of culture Gilberto Gil in Salvador. "Marcus and I are so happy together," she laughed.

Britney's bodyguards go bathroom with her

Jamie Spears has told Britney's bodyguards not to leave her alone, even when she goes to the bathroom.

Jamie has co-conservatorship over Britney's affairs and is prepared to do anything to keep the troubled singer on the straight and narrow - including placing her under constant supervision.

Britney and her father went to new Los Angeles restaurant Citrus on Saturday night and as soon as she got up to have a cigarette or to use the bathroom bodyguards "jumped into action".

An onlooker told the New York Post newspaper: "Britney sat down at the table to eat, but hardly touched her lobster burger, and chose to eat chips instead.

"She continuously got up from the table to go to the bathroom or hang out at the bar and smoke a cigarette. Bodyguards followed her to the bathroom and bar."

Britney is also reportedly struggling to control her kleptomania.

The mother-of-two, who allegedly stole a top from a Los Angeles store at the weekend, was seen taking a coffee cup from the restaurant.

Meanwhile, Britney is said to be desperate to hire renowned

celebrity attorney Stacy Phillips to help her in her ongoing custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline.

Phillips - of law firm Phillips, Lerner, Lauzon and Jamra - has previously represented high-profile celebrities including Bobby Brown and baseball legend Darryl Strawberry, as well as the former partners of Tori Spelling and Jean-Claude Van Damme. She also recently received critical acclaim for her book, 'Divorce: It's All About Control; How to Win the Emotional, Psychological and Legal Wars'.

Nude support of Alicia Silverstone for PETA

It sounded too good to be true - Alicia Silverstone was going to take it all off in order to support PETA by advertising her vegetarian ways. However, after the 30-second commercial was filmed and ready to air in Texas, Comcast Cable yanked the ad off the air.

The commercial was set to feature Alicia Silverstone as she came out of a pool, removed all of her clothing and began to discuss the benefits of a meat-free lifestyle. PETA said that they chose to run their ads in Houston, Texas, because the city ranks high on the list of poor eating habits and percent of obese people.

However, Comcast decided that it wouldn't air the commercials, despite the fact PETA had already paid for the air time. A spokesperson for Comcast announced that they decided the nudity in the advertisement was not suitable for airing on their broadcast, and as such, put an end to the ad's airtime just hours before the commercial was first set to be beamed into viewers' homes.

Houston residents who are curious about the nude Alicia Silverstone and her promotion of vegetarianism are still able to view the ads on PETA's official Web site, PETA.org. People magazine quoted PETA president Ingrid Newkirk, who said in a statement, ""[Viewers can] get an eyeful, not only of the stunning Ms. Silverstone, but also of our free Vegetarian Starter Kit - chock full of delicious recipes - that will make them drool for an entirely different reason."

MADONA - SOME HIDDEN FACTS

#1: Her biggest fear

http://images.askmen.com/women/singer/5_madonna.jpg

Fear of bad reviews, fear of getting old, fear of slipping a disc on stage - these we could understand. What really gives Madonna the willies, however, is "brontophobia" - not a fear of the mighty brontosaurus, but a morbid fear of thunder.

#2: Record-breaking rudeness

During her 1994 appearance on The Late Show With David Letterman, Madonna said "f**k" 13 times, asked Letterman to smell her underwear, accused him of being a "sick f**k" wearing a wig and refused to leave the set when her time was up. Behave!

Separated at birth?

#3: The celebrity relatives

Distant relatives of Madonna include Gwen Stefani (a far-removed cousin), Celine Dion (they share a French-Canadian ancestor) and Mark Wahlberg (who is intermittently rumoured to have brawled/had a fling with her).

#4: The cola catastrophe

In 1989 Madonna was paid $5 million to promote Pepsi cola. After her single Like A Prayer caused a storm of international controversy, the ad was pulled from circulation. It was only aired once.

Madonna is reported to have an IQ of 140. Whether this was measured by one of those dodgy Internet self-assessment quizzes or under the stern gaze of Mensa officials, we're yet to confirm.

#6: The siblings

Madonna has seven siblings: Martin (a struggling alcoholic and failed rapper; "MC Ciccone"), Anthony (a TV production assistant), Christopher (an interior designer and artist), Paula (a go-go dancer and singer), Melanie (a publicist for Brian Eno's Opal Records), Mario (Director Of Merchandising at Maverick Records) and Jennifer (a half-sister whose fate remains unknown). There have been various reports of Madonna cutting ties with her siblings over their refusal to follow the teachings of Kabbalah.

#7: Ice Ice baby

In 1992 Madonna and coiffed rapper Vanilla Ice enjoyed an eight month relationship, during which time she reportedly would phone him in the middle of the night and demand to know if he was with another woman.

ARE BOLLYWOOD GIRLS SEXIER THAN HOLLYWOOD GIRLS

Okay, let's see how many comments this post brings. I personally think that girls from India are sexier than American girls. Sure, American girls show much more skin and so their pictures might be perceived by most people as being sexier, but most Bollywood actresses have great curves and nice breasts. American actresses and models starve themselves and don't have enough meat on their bones. American actresses who starve themselves have to get surgery to make their breasts larger and they just are not as real and natural as Bollywood actresses. Take a look at these 2 pictures. Nikki Ziering is gorgeous and extremely sexy. She is probably way out of my league, but so is Shilpa Shetty. If I had a chance to be with either one, I would choose Shilpa because she is real and natural.

HIT IN HOLLYWOOD - TOP OF THT TOP

1. Thank You for Smoking

Aaron Eckhart in Thank You for Smoking
Similar to last year's awards show darling Crash, Thank You for Smoking was released in theaters early on in the year. The first few months are normally used by studios as the designated dumping ground for films they don't have much confidence in. And unless the studio launches a killer ad campaign, decent films released in January through March each year miss the boat when it comes to gathering awards which, in the case of Smoking, is a real shame.

How much do I love Thank You for Smoking? I put Thank You for Smoking on my Top 10 think list back in March and it never got bumped off.

2. The Queen

If you haven't heard the buzz surrounding Helen Mirren's performance in The Queen, then you haven't been paying any attention. Mirren's a sure bet to pick up a Best Actress nod for her role as Queen Elizabeth, but she's not the only reason The Queen is one of the best films of '06. Stephen Frears directs with a light hand and Peter Morgan's intelligent screenplay takes the perfect approach to presenting the events immediately following the death of Princess Diana. Plus, if the Brits are ever in need of a stand-in for Tony Blair, The Queen proves you couldn't do better than hiring Michael Sheen for the job.

3. Letters from Iwo Jima

Flags of Our Fathers was a fine movie, but director Clint Eastwood's alternate take on the Battle of Iwo Jima is the better of the two films by far. While Flags concentrates on what happened to the American servicemen who raised the flag on Mt Suribachi, Letters from Iwo Jima flips the story around and focuses on the same battle from the Japanese point of view.

Eastwood's subtitled film posed a dilemma for many critics groups. Should it be considered in the Foreign Film or Best Picture category? It doesn't matter because subtitles or not, it's one of the most entertaining films of the year.

4. United 93

When United 93 was approaching its release on April 28, 2006, the argument kicked into high gear over whether or not it was too early to release a feature film depicting the events of September 11, 2001. With the support of the family members of United 93 victims, Paul Greengrass proved he was right in launching the movie into theaters less than five years after those horrific acts of terrorism. I dare anyone to sit through this beautifully done tribute to the 9/11 victims without shedding a tear.

5. The Departed

I've heard all the arguments against The Departed: "It's too violent." "It's not as good as Scorsese's other mob movies." "The Departed depicts women as either hookers or drug addicts - or both." Cry me a river. If Scorsese wins an Oscar for The Departed, I'll be cheering right there alongside the rest of his fans. It's bloody and brutal and nasty, and every single actor nails their performance.

6. Little Miss Sunshine

Greg Kinnear, Steve Carell, Alan Arkin, Toni Collette, Paul Dano and scene-stealing young actress Abigail Breslin share screen time in one of the best examples of a strong ensemble cast this decade. Little Miss Sunshine makes a good case for an Academy Award for performances from a group rather than singling out any one actor. If Kinnear was off, Carell and Company might as well pack it in. Same goes for any member of the cast. Little Miss Sunshine is a group effort that succeeds because there aren't any weak links.

7. Half Nelson

Strong, intense, riveting performances by Ryan Gosling and Shareeka Epps are two of the main reasons to go gaga over Half Nelson. Gosling lays it on the line as a junior high school teacher hooked on drugs. Epps co-stars as the student who discovers - and covers up - his secret.

8. Casino Royale

What Batman Begins did for that superhero franchise, Casino Royale does for the Bond film series. Not many films had to overcome as much negative press as Casino Royale had to do prior to its release. Internet bloggers and Bond fanatics were all but calling for Daniel Craig's head during the film shoot. But the Casino Royale team of Craig and director Martin Campbell were able to silence the majority of their critics by delivering a movie that's better than the other films of the series since Sean Connery threw in the towel. Casino Royale made a believer out of me, and I've never been a fan of Bond, James Bond.

9. The Dead Girl

The subject matter's dark and disturbing and so The Dead Girl won't be everyone's cup of tea. But for those, like me, who enjoy their films with more bite than bark, The Dead Girl is the twisted tale we've been waiting for all year. Writer/director Karen Moncrieff shows she has a keen eye and ear for storytelling without posturing. And the performances of Brittany Murphy and Kerry Washington in particular are strikingly raw.

10. The Illusionist

It's deliciously fun to watch Edward Norton and Paul Giamatti square off in this big screen adaptation of Steven Millhauser's short story, Eisenheim the Illusionist. Norton holds back and lets the character slowly find his way to the audience, while Giamatti attacks the story with his usual gusto. Add Jessica Biel (in a surprisingly nuanced performance) and Rufus Sewell (always good as the dashing bad guy) to the mix and things just couldn't get any better.More: on The Illusionist
